It is what I want, but… it doesnt work

My friend has this app on his iPhone 3G and uses it to great advantage. It seems to work well for him. I downloaded the app into my iPhone 4 and couldnt download any cartridges. It kept telling me I wasnt logged in, even though Id logged in 2 screens previously. This went on for 45 minutes, round and round the mulberry busy and no WhereIGo joy.
I went to the companys web site for PiGo support and didnt see the PiGo software mentioned anywhere on the site, and certainly nothing that looked like support.
I rated it based on my dream for how it should work and also that I really do want it to work… it just doesnt.
